Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 26, 2026

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Educational Use Only

DimeVision is an AI-powered educational tool. Analysis, scoring, and advice are generated by AI and must not be used for structural safety certification, code compliance (AWS/ASME), or critical load-bearing decisions. Always consult a certified inspector for critical work.

These terms are an agreement between you and DANZUS Holdings LLC, doing business as DimeVision. By creating an account, buying a subscription, joining a school workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility, Schools, and Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an independent account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorised school. A school or instructor creating or managing accounts confirms that it has authority to do so and is responsible for required notices and consents. Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

2. AI Limitations

"Danny Dime" and all assessments are simulations. They do not replace CWIs/NDT. Results are probabilistic and may be wrong or incomplete.

3. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, Apple, or the platform shown at purchase. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the applicable account or platform. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally erase access already paid for. If DimeVision does not work as expected or you purchased by mistake, contact support@dimevision.app; we will provide a reasonable refund where we control the payment, while Apple purchases remain subject to Apple's process.

4. User Content License

You retain ownership of uploads. You grant us a limited license to process content via third-party AI (Google Gemini) solely to provide analysis and features.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use DimeVision for unlawful, dangerous, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity; upload content you do not have the right to process; probe or bypass security; scrape the service; interfere with other users; reverse engineer protected service components; or use automated traffic that burdens paid APIs. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate misuse.

6. Safety and Professional Judgment

You remain responsible for welding procedure, PPE, ventilation, fire prevention, equipment settings, code compliance, inspection, and decisions affecting people or property. Do not rely on DimeVision to approve production welds, certify qualifications, accept structural work, or determine whether a weld is safe.

7. Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability

DimeVision is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of production, lost profits, or harm caused by relying on an AI result for a safety-critical decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from DimeVision will not exceed the amount you paid DimeVision during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using DimeVision at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support@dimevision.app.
