Use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your account, uploads, and ensuring you have consent to share any content.
"Danny Dime" and all assessments are simulations. They do not replace CWIs/NDT. Results are probabilistic and may be wrong or incomplete.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are handled per platform policies.
You retain ownership of uploads. You grant us a limited license to process content via third-party AI (Google Gemini) solely to provide analysis and features.
No illegal, explicit, or malicious content; no attempts to attack or reverse engineer the service. We may rate-limit or suspend misuse.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
