Daily scan habit
Seven days. One coupon a day.
Seven days. One coupon a day. Scan it. Danny tells you what to change next pass.
A guided week of real practice. Each day you weld a simple coupon, open DimeVision, scan the bead, and Danny’s tip follows that day’s focus. You buy practice structure and AI feedback on the scan. One coupon a day builds the habit. This is not a defect encyclopedia.

Miss a day, pick up the next one. Days open in order. Each day is a coupon and a scan, not a chapter to read.
- Day 1 — Start clean. Short MIG stringer on brushed plate. Scan prep and a dirty start. Danny: brush, dry, and start on clean metal.
- Day 2 — Stickout hold. Two short stringers, same settings. Scan length and arc wander. Danny: hold stickout; don’t chase the puddle.
- Day 3 — Travel rhythm. One longer stringer. Scan width and height wander. Danny: steady travel; listen to the arc.
- Day 4 — Toes. Fillet or butt, watch the edges. Scan toe melt and undercut. Danny: angle and travel at the toes.
- Day 5 — Spatter control. Short MIG pass. Scan scatter beside the bead. Danny: voltage, wire, stickout, and prep.
- Day 6 — Porosity and gas. Fillet or stringer on a cool plate. Scan holes and gas pockets. Danny: drafts, gas, and a dirty plate.
- Day 7 — Consistency check. Two or three short stringers, same setup. Scan bead-to-bead sameness. Danny: rhythm, stickout, and travel — the habit for next week.
DimeVision is a practice aid for weld photos — not a certification. This $14 plan is separate from Pro Monthly and Pro Annual.
Checkout runs on the web with the DimeVision account you sign in to. After payment, Day 1 is next: weld the coupon, scan it, and take Danny’s tip. The App Store app is where you scan.
